Eyes are very important part of our face and the beauty of our face is determined by the appearance of the eyes to a great extend.  Eye wrinkles make us look and feel older than we are and also make us spend a lot of money on cosmetics or for its treatment.  There are various home made remedies that can help to reduce the eye wrinkles. Here are a few remedies that will help in reducing the effect of old age on eyes. Since the area near and around eyes is sensitive, it is advisable to first check on a small area before applying anything to the entire surface.
  • GRAPE SEED OIL: This natural ingredient helps to combat wrinkles and rejuvenate the skin. Grape seed oil is rich in antioxidants which help in reversing the damages of skin ageing.
  • COCONUT OIL: Massaging coconut oil into the area of your skin that is wrinkled, under the eye, will help. After using coconut oil for a week, you will begin to see results.
  • CASTOR OIL: Apply and massage a few drops of castor oil to the eye area at night after cleansing your face. This will keep skin smooth and supple and reduce signs of ageing  You should repeat this treatment 1 to 2 times per week after eye wrinkles have diminished to keep under eye wrinkles from redeveloping.
  • AVOCADOS: Take some mashed avocado and apply it around your eyes. As the natural oil contained in the avocado helps turn on your skin's natural oil production, the skin looks younger and more attractive.
  • CUCUMBER: This is one of the most effective natural home remedies for under eye wrinkles. Put cucumber slices on your eyes. The cucumber slices will reduce the eye wrinkles, fine lines, and puffiness so your eyes feel re-energized afterwards.
  • VITAMIN E:  Vitamin E is an antioxidant and the oil is very thick, so it hydrates dry skin very well. Vitamin E will penetrate your skin with powerful antioxidants and will lubricate the delicate eye area, help wrinkles appear less noticeable, and help prevent the formation of new wrinkles.
  • LEMON JUICE: Dip a piece of cotton in lemon juice and apply around your eyes twice daily morning and at night. Make sure you do not get the lemon juice in your eyes. After a few weeks, you will find a noticeable reduction in wrinkles.
Formation of eye wrinkles is a part of our ageing process.  But by careful administration of natural remedies and changing our food habit and lifestyle, we can control this anti ageing process.
