Insomnia - A Sleeping Deprivation Problem

The physician will find out the root cause of the sleep disorder before suggesting any treatment. A serious counselling by the physician is very necessary to find out the exact cause of the disturbance.
Usually insomnia patients are treated by administering benzodiazepines or non-benzodiazepines depending upon the patients’ condition and the stage of insomnia.
